Sure, it sounds weird, but it’s actually pretty awesome. In a recent video uploaded to YouTube by Kagome, a Japanese food manufacturing company, we’re introduced to a unique method of transforming the insides of fruits and vegetables into juice.

Forget having to blend things up like a madman. This is the new age.

At the end of the video, the concept’s origination was revealed:

The technology used for this experiment was invented by Dr. Shigeru Ito;. A professor emeritus, at the University of Kumamoto (Current principal at Okinawa National College of Technology).

This experiment was shot at the Pulsed Power Japan Laboratory.
